Returns & Exchanges

At Genshin Accounts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size.
